I started in the field of ICT as a Microsoft Certified Trainer, training both End-users as well as System Administrators. The next step was managing ICT operations in both Public and Private sectors and gained valuable experience in tender processes, Governance structures and ensuring Return on Investment and ICT strategic alignment to business needs.
